Marchal | Six rondos pour le clavecin ou piano forte avec accompagnement de flûte ou violon

Pedro Anselmo Marchal was a famous French harpsichordist, pianist, composer, teacher and businessman. He became known at the Concerts Spirituels in Paris in 1781. From then on he began to develop his career as a concertist, later along with his harpist wife María Teresa Schneider, and as a composer. He worked in Paris, Lisbon, Madrid and Bordeaux, where he died in 1821. His works include pieces for solo harpsichord or pianoforte and with instrumental accompaniment.

The Six rondos op. 10 were published in the Real Impressão de Música owned by P. A. Marchal in Lisbon in 1794.
